  12.        Sometimes the best thing to do for a computer problem which stumps 
  13.        you is to pick up the phone and call one of several support 
  14.        services. In most cases the manufacturer of your hardware or 
  15.        software offers free support.

  17.        In other cases you may wish to call a general support service. 
  18.        In most cases the small charge paid either through your credit 
  19.        card or via a toll charge 900 telephone number is well worth the 
  20.        time and money invested - especially if you need an answer fast 
  21.        and don't have the time for research.
